Message	You cannot rent OBDII scanners/code pullers anymore. Due to too many people using them to reset a CEL to pass California emissions. All other tools are still rentable from most parts stores. Correct me if im wrong but I cannot find anything stating all tools were banned, only OBDII scanners.
